Designed by some of our best personal trainers and group fitness instructors, Get Started with RecSports is a 30-day virtual fitness program created to introduce you to movement so that you can be a healthier and better you.
No matter where you are in your fitness journey – whether you are brand new to exercise, want to create more balance in your existing routine, or aim to work out more consistently – Get Started with TeXercise has you covered.Â
Get Started with TeXercise has no particular start date or registration deadline. You choose when you want to begin and RecSports will be there to help you Get Started on your 30 day journey.Â
The program is designed to use minimal equipment, making it possible for you to do you workouts wherever you choose.Â
1. Pre-recorded workout videos taught by RecSports group fitness instructors.

2. Get Started Guidebook outlining your daily workouts for 30 days, including rest days, with information on different types of exercise.Â
3. 60 days of access to ensure that you are able to complete the program.Â
4. Workout Journal where you can create goals, track your progress, and be inspired by daily motivational quotes.Â

Get Started with TeXercise is a free RecSports program designed to introduce you to TeXercise On Demand classes and give you a taste of what our group fitness classes are like.

When you finish the program, you will receive 10 free TeXercise class tickets to attend any of our group fitness classes.Â
The program is open to all UT students and RecSports members.Â
If you are a current TeXercise passholder, the program is included in your monthly pass fee! Access videos by logging into your My RecSports account.
