RecSports Recharge is a drop-in event, designed to allow participants to attend whenever it works best for their work schedule on event day. You may come and go as you're able any time during the 11am-1pm event time frame. Stay as long or as little as your schedule permits!
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! Water filling stations are available throughout Gregory Gym. Please note that beverages will not be provided.Â

Come prepared to show your registration confirmation email. The email will include a QR code that you'll scan at check-in to expedite access to the event!Â
If you're registering a group, you will be prompted to upload a spreadsheet that includes each participant's first name, last name, UT EID, and email address. Please prepare this spreadsheet before registering your group.Â

Every participant will receive a confirmation email after registration closes that will include a custom QR code. To expedite check-in, we ask that each participant comes prepared with their mobile device to scan the QR code they receive.Â
Group registrations must be submitted by Noon on Friday, April 17.
Lunch is guaranteed for everyone who registers by Friday, April 17, at Noon. Lunch will be available for pickup on event day until 12:45pm. Any lunches not claimed by this time will be available to all participants on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Advance registration will close on Friday, April 17 at Noon. Late on-site registration will be available on event day. In order to be guaranteed a box lunch, you must register by the registration deadline and pick up your lunch no late than 12:45pm.
